Property Info
'Sunset Fishing Resort' a cozy vintage eight cabin lakefront 'Vaction Rental' has been a fishing spot for over 35 years.
A few of our attractions are: 200 feet of waterfront (150 foot sea wall and 50 feet of beach), a 130 foot lighted pier for night fishing, a lakeside fish cleaning station and a large grass picnic area with mature trees throughout the resort.
Clear Lake is California's largest fresh-water lake and is know as the "Bass Capital of The West". Anglers from allover enjoy recreational fishing derbies and tournaments. Each year more than 25 fishing tournaments take place on Clear Lake. Largemouth Bass, Crappie, Catfish and Bluegill are amoung the catches from Clearlake.
Included in California's prestigious North Coast American Viticultural Area, Lake County is a region whose quality can stand on its own...from unique ultra premium winegrapes to award winning wines. These wineries are a lesiurely/scenic drive of Clearlake.

Living Room
The 1 bedroom lakeside cabins have small carpeted sitting rooms with cable ready televisions, ceiling fans, a comfy chair and a futon that opens into a full-size bed for your children or those extra guests.

Kitchen
Each kitchen is fully equipped with a four burner gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, ceiling fan, pots/pans, coffee maker, utensils, china, glassware, flatware, even a wine opener for that award winning wine you purchased here in Lake County.

Dining Room
The bungalows have a dinette set with 2 chairs.
The 1 bedroom lakeside cabins have a dinette set with 4 chairs in the kitchen.
The 2 bedroom lakeside cabins have a dinette set with 6/8 chairs in the kitchen. There are ceiling fans as well in each area.

Master Bedroom
The bungalows sleeps 2 comfortably and have either a full-size bed or twin beds.
In one of the 1 bedroom lakeside cabins there is a queen size bed. The other 1 bedroom lakeside cabin has a full-size bed.
The 2-2 bedroom lakeside cabins have queen size beds with a futon that opens into a full-size bed as well.
Each of these bedrooms are carpeted, have television with cable, ceiling fans and nicely sized closets.

Guest Room
One of the guest bedrooms of the 2 bedroom lakeside cabins has a full-size bed and a futon that opens into a full-size bed. The other 2 bedroom lakeside cabin has twin beds.
Each of these bedrooms are carpeted with cable television, ceiling fans and nicely sized closets. Either of these guest bedrooms are ideal for 'the kids' or 'grandparents'.

Outdoor Living Areas
Outdoor living is actually what the 'Sunset' is all about.
One of the most special views of a California sunset is right here at the 'Sunset'. Either from the grass picnic area or out of your back window of one of the lakeside cabins. The picture capturing the sunset beginning to disappears behind Konoctic is outstanding.
We have mature shaded trees throughout the resort, a large grass picnic area with BBQ's and tables, 200 feet of waterfront (150 foot sea wall and 50 feet of beach), 130 foot lighted pier for night fishing and a lakeside fish cleaning station.
You can step out of your front door turn toward the backside of the lakeside cabin - cast your fishing pole - return to your cabin and keep an eye on your pole outside the back window and know that you have caught the "Big One".

Parking
There is more tha sufficient on-site parking. There is also a separate parking area for your boat and trailer with electrical outlets for your boat battery to charge overnight.
