Sunset Fishing Resort a cozy vintage 8 unit lakefront 'Vacation Rental' has been a fishing spot for over 35 years. We offer 4 bungalows, 2-1 bedroom lakeside cabins and 2-2 bedroom lakeside cabins.
Each bungalow/cabin is decorated with a different theme. For example, one bungalow is decorated with a 'Matador' flavor and another with a 'Parisian' flavor. You enter each bungalow first into the bedroom with either a full-size bed or twin beds. Each bungalow also features a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower stall. Each 1 bedroom lakeside cabin offers a fully equipped kitchen, a bath with shower stall, a sitting room and a bedroom with either a queen size or a full-size bed. The 2 bedroom lakeside cabins offers a fully equipped kitchen, a bath with shower stall, one bedroom with a queen size bed and the second bedroom has either a full-size bed or twin beds.
Clear Lake is California's largest fresh-water lake and is know as the "Bass Capital of The West". Anglers from allover enjoy recreational fishing derbies and tournaments. Each year more than 25 fishing tournaments take place on Clear Lake. Largemouth Bass, Crappie, Catfish and Bluegill are amoung the catches from Clearlake.
Clearlake is just a short drive from major metropolitan areas. It is at an elevation of 1300 feet with the cleanest air in California (certified). It is a premier recreation area for your weekend, family reunion or vacation getaway.
'Sunset' is located in the northern part of town in a residential area. This gives our guests a peaceful surrounding with the convenience of being close to activities, shopping and wineries.
