Payment is always made in US Dollars. Once the guest has secured their reservation dates, he/she will receive an agreement via email or fax that is to be signed, dated and faxed to 707-994-6641.An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate in US Dollars and a security deposit of $500USD is due within seven (7) days of the agreement date. The final payment will be due in full no later than fourteen (14) days before the reservation. These deposits are to be a wire transfer of funds to a bank account that is referenced within the agreement. The security deposit is NOT applied toward rent and will be returned with fourteen (14) days of departure, provided the following provision are met: *No damage is done to the condo or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. *Pets are not permitted in the condo under any conditions. *No linens are lost or damaged. *No early check-in or late check-out. *There will be a $25 fee deducted from your security deposit for all keys not returned at the end of your visit. *THIS IS A NON-SMOKING CONDO A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. Monthly renters must cancel one hundred twenty (120) days prior to check-in. Monthly renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must be made at least ninety (90) days prior to check-in. |
