Welcome to my Puerto Vallarta Condo
This light, airy and cheerful tropical beach front first floor condo vacation rental is located on the southern end of 'historic old downtown' Puerto Vallarta. Step through the large sliding glass doors of the living room onto the terrace and gaze at the 'Bahia de Banderas'. You get the indoor/outdoor living and views that everyone desires when they visit Puerto Vallarta.

Living Room
|
This condo is located on the first floor. The living room is sure to be a favorite room in this condo. The ceiling is alcoved with ceiling fan. You can lounge on the sofa's that are angled to face the terrace that gives you those unmistakable views of the beach and ocean. Or, you can step onto the terrace and serve breakfast, tan, read that book that you've been meaning to finish or just let your thoughts drift while you enjoy the view. At night, the sofa's can be converted into 2 twin beds for those additional guests.
The entertainment area consists of a satellite cable television, VCR, DVD and telephone.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would expect in your kitchen away from home. There is a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and blender. There is a stovetop, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and alcoved ceiling with ceiling fan. There is everything you would need to cook a Thanksgiving Dinner? The dinette seats 4 comfortably. The view is just as great because of the open common areas. |
Dining Room

The dining area is just off the kitchen and features a great wood carved table with chairs for six comfortably. The ceiling is alcoved with ceiling fan. The view makes it a perfect place to linger over a meal. |
Master Bedroom

The master suite is a spacious air conditioned private retreat for the couple of the condo. This bedroom features a king-sized bed and a full private bath. |
Guest Room
|
This guest bedroom was created with the same kind of privacy for our guests in mind. There are comfortable twin beds and a full private bath. This bedroom is also air conditioned. This room will be a haven for anyone – young or young at heart. |
Outdoor Living Areas

This condo features a private terrace off the living room with a table and chairs and lovely plants. You and your mate can enjoy a candle light dinner while taking in the renouned Puerto Vallarta sunset or savor a cup of hot cocoa and enjoy the gorgeous scenery. |
Parking
Parking for one automobile is available upon request. There is additional parking on the street. |
