This first floor beachfront condo is located in Puerto Vallarta on the southern end of the 'historic old downtown area'.
This condo offers 2 bedrooms and 2 private full bathrooms with a common area of the living room, dining area and kitchen. There are large sliding glass doors that open onto a private terrace off the living room with a glass dining table and chairs. Plus a view of the 'Bahia de Banderas' not to mention the equisite sunsets Puerto Vallarta is known for.
The two sofa's in the living room can be converted, in the evening, into 2 twin beds that makes it possible to sleep up to 6 people.
You are within walking distance to everything 'historic old downtown' P.V. has to offer. The list of attractions/activities are endless. By the end of the day, you can sit on the private terrace of the condo and enjoy your beverage of choice.
