What makes this gated community, located on the southern end of 'historic old downtown' Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico, so charming are the brightly colored flowers, shrubs and trees that surround the Spanish style buildings with there characteristic red roofs and the vibrant colors of the ocean and sky.This 9th floor vacation rental condo has 2 air conditioned bedrooms and 2 full private bathrooms. This condo can sleep up to 6 because there is a blow-up full-size mattress that can be placed in the common area. |
Payment Terms
Once the guest has secured their reservation dates, he/she will receive an agreement via email or fax that is to be signed, dated and faxed to 707-994-6641.
An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate in US Dollars and a security deposit of $500 USD is due within seven (7) days of the agreement date. These deposits are to be a wire transfer to a bank account that is referenced within the agreement.
The security deposit is NOT applied toward rent and will be returned within fourteen (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met: *No damage is done to the condo or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. *Pets are not permitted in the condo under any conditions. *No linens are lost or damaged. *No early check-in or late check-out. *There will be a $25 fee deducted from your security deposit for all keys not returned at the end of your visit. *This is a NON-SMOKING condo.
The final payment will be due in full no later than fourteen (14) days before the reservation; also, in the same form of a wire transfer to specified account. |
Cancellation Policy
A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. Monthly renters must cancel one hundred twenty (120) days prior to check-in. Monthly renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must be made at least ninety (90) days prior to check-in. |
